2. Website delivery and security

When you visit the website, the server receives your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and technical response data. These data are used to deliver pages, investigate faults and protect the service against misuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Routine technical logs are retained only as necessary for those purposes; records needed to investigate a specific security incident may be kept until the incident and any related claims are resolved.

3. Contact and project enquiries

The contact form prepares an email in your own mail application. Typing into the form does not transmit its contents to the website server, and the website does not save those fields to browser storage. You decide whether to send the prepared message.

If you send an enquiry, the controller receives your name, email address, message and any information you choose to include. These are used to reply, clarify requirements and prepare a potential engagement. Where you request steps towards a contract in your own name, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business correspondence, including contact with a company representative, is based on the legitimate interest in answering relevant enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention. If an engagement begins, information needed for the contract, invoicing and legal obligations is handled under the applicable contractual and statutory retention rules. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.

4. Cookies and external resources

This website’s own code does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts or browser storage. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served with the website. External links are loaded only when you follow them. Your email application and external websites have their own privacy practices.

5. Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to the controller and service providers involved in website infrastructure and email delivery where necessary for their function. Server infrastructure is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Email passes through the sender’s and recipient’s email infrastructure. Technical and correspondence data are not sold or used for advertising. Authorities or professional advisers may receive relevant information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

The website does not itself embed third-party services that deliberately transfer visitor data outside the European Economic Area. Email routing depends on the email services involved; the website cannot control the services selected by a sender.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Requests can be sent to the controller’s email above. A response is normally provided within one month; any permitted extension and its reasons will be communicated within that period.

You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9. Information about submitting a complaint is available at naih.hu. You may also contact your competent supervisory authority or seek a judicial remedy.

7. Providing information and automated decisions

You can browse without sending an enquiry. A contact address and enough information to understand your request are needed to respond. This website does not use personal data for profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

This notice describes this presentation website and its enquiry process. Changes will be published on this page when the website’s processing changes.
